Terms of service

Reservation & Payment - A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. For your convenience, full payment is due 48 hours in advance if paying online, or simply before departure if paying cash on the day of the charter. Accepted payment methods include Mexican pesos and credit card. All prices are listed in MXN.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after 12:00 PM the day before the scheduled charter are non-refundable. Rodrigas Charters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.

Weather & Safety - Safety is our top priority. Trips may be delayed, shortened, or canceled due to sea conditions, weather warnings, or safety concerns. The captain has full authority to adjust the itinerary or end the trip at any time for safety reasons. Clients are required to follow all crew instructions and wear life jackets when advised.

Liability & Risk Acknowledgment - By booking a charter with Rodrigas Charters, all clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with fishing, snorkeling, and other water-related activities. Rodrigas Charters, its crew, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the charter. By completing a booking, clients are providing digital consent to a liability waiver, acknowledging that participation is voluntary and at their own risk, that they are in suitable physical condition for marine activity, and that they release Rodrigas Charters and its agents from any claims of negligence or liability. This waiver is binding in lieu of a physical signature and applies to all participants included in the booking.

Client Responsibilities - Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened trip time or cancellation without refund. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, or allergies in advance. Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused boarding at the captain’s discretion.

Children & Age Policy - Children are welcome with responsible adult supervision. The minimum age for participation in fishing or snorkeling is 10 years old, unless otherwise approved prior to the trip.

Photos & Media - Rodrigas Charters may capture photos or videos during the tour for promotional use.

Changes to Terms - Rodrigas Charters reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version is always available upon request.
